I have an employee who has been using Farmville non-stop at work. I need to pull concrete evidence that she not only opens the site, but also how long she interacts with it. Essentially, I am looking for network monitoring software which can 1 Tell me which domains are being visited, and 2 shows many many packets are being transferred back and forth, and when, with said domain.

Anyone know of anything like that?
